Philippa Gagie

Philippa is an Associate coach at Time to Talk.  She focuses on supporting clients in maximising potential, developing the individual and in helping them to improve their delivery of measurable results through more focussed goal setting and planning. Her ideal clients are professional executives and senior corporate managers.  

She is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), and trained with Coach University in the United States.

Career highlights

With NatWest and RBS Group, Philippa had wide-ranging experience of planning and managing key business processes, and successfully leading large operational teams.  She is skilled in delivering results through leadership, using strong interpersonal and organisational capabilities.  Her recent key successes included; delivering significant operational and customer service performance improvements in RBS Mortgage Operations; planning and leading the rollout of a new IT infrastructure; and managing the implementation of systems and process changes to ensure the smooth transition of NatWest mortgages onto RBS systems. Her extensive Mentoring and Coaching skills, developed during her time with RBS Group led Philippa to start her own Coaching Business in 2004.

Philippa currently lives in Warwickshire and recently spent 4 years living in New York. She graduated from Homerton College, Cambridge University in 1975 and attended the 2002/3 Warwick Business School Operations Management Programme.
