Lorraine is a founding Director of Time to Talk. Coaching is true to her values, "Coaching has made me realise what my emotions and well-being are all about and witnessing the benefits coaching has on my clients keeps me committed". Being a wife, mother and step-mother she knows about juggling the demands of personal and professional life and she incorporates this understanding into Time to Talk.

She moved to the UK from South Africa 13 years ago and in that time she has worked in various industries, gaining a powerful insight into the world of commerce. She has travelled extensively experiencing at first hand many different cultures.
