Kim Gregory

Kim is an Associate Coach of Time to Talk Ltd.  She has been coaching since 1998 and has coached over 100 people.  She enjoys helping people become more effective - and considerably more authentic - leaders.

She is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and has recently submitted her application for Professional Certified Coach status (PCC).  She has completed coach training with the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and Coachville. Kim has an MBA from Ashridge and is a qualified practitioner for several psychometrics: Myers Briggs, the FIRO-B and the EQi.  She regularly undertakes bespoke 360-degree feedback for clients.

Career highlights

Kim began her career with Marks & Spencer as a management trainee, eventually rising to Divisional Training Manager responsible for the training of 6,000 staff.   She subsequently performed HR management roles within the American Express Group and became a Divisional HR Director with Ocean Group (now Exel Logistics).

She has coached people from all three sectors: private, public sector and the not-for-profit sector.  Her ideal client is someone who genuinely wants to work on changing something; perhaps extend their range of leadership styles, increase their emotional intelligence skills or their levels of self-awareness.  Whatever the client’s goals Kim expects the clients to experience insight; and to want to take action.  Her client list includes Channel 4, Vivendi, Energis and Childline.
