Executive Coaching - How We Work

Our coaches adopt a structured but flexible approach which brings a fresh approach and new ideas that is specifically geared to the needs of individual clients. The process, while flexible, will always include the following steps:

  • A brief provided by the client, be it an individual or a corporate entity.
  • A matching meeting between a coach and the client. If either do not feel comfortable with each other another coach is presented to the client. The establishment of trust, a good working relationship and confidentiality are essential ingredients to the success of any programme.
  • The initial planning process where client and coach agree the goals of the programme and decide on how they want the programme to delivered. Delivery can vary enormously according to the client and the brief.

  • A diagnostic review which can include psychometric and personality assessments. These are usually done, in agreement with a client, at a fairly early stage in the programme.
  • Regular reviews are held to judge the effectiveness of any programme.
  • An end point to the programme that is mutually agreed between all parties concerned. This may well be followed by periodic reviews.

The result is that in any programme we provide a structure that allows clients to develop their own intelligent solutions for the issues and challenges that they face, which have in-built choices that work for them.
