Caroline Ryan

Caroline is an Associate coach at Time to Talk who specialises in corporate transformation through visionary and inspirational leadership.  As a facilitator, speaker and coach, she is an ardent challenger of mindsets and the status quo, working with leaders, influencers and all those committed to being the best – not only for themselves, but also to develop and inspire those they lead for greater organisational performance.

Research has conclusively proven that whilst our core skills and competencies may qualify us for our roles, it’s how we handle ourselves and our relationships that determines the level of success we actually achieve.  Her ideal clients are ‘leaders’ who wish to further develop and maximise their abilities to influence successfully for greater performance and improved results.  Caroline is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and trained with Coach University in the United States.

Career highlights

Caroline has over 20 years business experience and has worked within the financial, IT, recruitment and government sectors in the UK, Europe, Australia and the U.S. Her responsibilities have ranged from general management through to independent consultant, Director and MD.  More recently, Caroline has also set up and run a number of businesses for herself and has also been a regular leadership facilitator and coach for senior management within Centrica.
