Photo of Will Anderson  Will Anderson:  Finance Director, Property – Henderson Global Investors 

Will is Finance Director, Property at Henderson Global Investors with assets under management of approximately £63bn.  Henderson’s property funds have funds under management of approximately £7bn.  Prior to joining Henderson in 2004, he was General Manager of Alecta Investment Management’s London office.  Alecta is the largest occupational pension fund in the Nordic region.  A chartered accountant who spent 10 years with Arthur Andersen and then 2 years with Hachette before joining the Beckwith brothers at London & Edinburgh Trust PLC in the mid 1980’s. He set up the SPP(Alecta)/LET group headquarters office in Brussels in 1992/93. 

 

 Simon Brocklebank-Fowler:  Chairman, Cubitt Consulting 

Simon Brocklebank-Fowler is the Founder and Chairman of Cubitt Consulting, an international corporate and investor communications consultancy with 50 staff in London and New York.  He previously ran a top three global firm in the sector, from its headquarters in London.  Cubitt Consulting has advised 25% of the FTSE100 and a range of global financial and business services firms, typically at CEO or managing partner level, over the last 5 years.  He is a member of the International Advisory Board of the Cass Business School. 

 

 Kevin Gregory;  COO, Legal & General Investment Management

Kevin Gregory is Chief Operating Officer of Legal & General Investment Management Limited.  Kevin joined LGIM in 2002 after spending two years as Chief Executive at Orbitex Investments Limited.  Kevin has also held a variety of senior roles at HSBC Asset Management, Mountleigh Group Plc and Burton Group Plc.  Kevin is qualified as a Chartered Accountant and has a BSc (Eng) in Metallurgical Engineering from Imperial College.  He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales. 

 

  George Knight;  Chief Executive, Penumbra Consulting 

At Penumbra, George is the leader of corporate alignment in international organisations – including culture assessment, development, due diligence and integration, leadership strategy, change management, integrated branding, service delivery strategy, metrics for alignment, research, and communications. His career includes senior marketing roles at Bankers Trust, Citibank, Coutts International, J Walter Thompson and WestLB 

 

  Johnny Moss; Lord North Street Ltd 

Johnny served in the Army for 25 years both as a Welsh Guardsman and helicopter pilot. He joined JP Morgan in 1986 and, after running the Administration and Corporate Affairs departments, he moved to the private bank where he specialized in finding derivative based solutions for large single stock holders.  He then spent 2 years at Merrill Lynch followed by 3 years at UBS. He is now at Lord North Street Ltd, a private investment office which looks after several very wealthy families. He has been the Secretary and Chief Executive of the St Moritz Toboganning Club ( Cresta Run) since 2002. 

 

  Michael Robinson

Joined Man Investments as Global Head of Human Resources, in September 2003.  Previously he was a Global Partner of AMVESCAP plc and for 9 years Head of Human Resources and a main board director of Henderson Global Investors plc. Prior to that he was Head of Personnel and Administration at British & Commonwealth Merchant Bank plc, His career in business followed a 20-year career in the Royal Navy and he is a graduate of the Army Staff College, Camberley and a business coach.  He is Chairman of the London Human Resource Group, a research based organization whose purpose is to contribute to London’s standing as the premier financial centre in Europe.
