  • Redundancy & Job Search Coaching

    There’s no such thing as a job for life these days and redundancies can occur at any time in one’s career, especially in economic down turns.  Being made redundant is not a pleasant experience for anyone and we help those being made redundant not only to come to terms with redundancy but also, more importantly, help and guide them in finding new employment through our Job Search Programme. 
  • Retirement Coaching
Most people look forward to their retirement but often fail to plan for it.  As a result the anticipated ‘golden age’ doesn’t quite materialise.  Retirement needs to be planned just like any other major business event, especially if the retiree has a partner who hasn’t worked for a long time!  Our aim here is to make the process work for everyone involved so that in fact retirement becomes another wonderful and exciting phase in ones life.
  • Coaching for Coaches

Time to Talk encourages practising coaches to attend supervision on a monthly basis. Supervision means having access to an experienced coach and supervisor to enhance the quality of work in a supportive environment. There are three areas of focus in our coaching supervision:

  • Space to reflect on practice and deepen practical coaching skills. Using an effective supervision model Time to Talk helps coaches look at the client, themselves, the coaching relationship, the coaching interventions and the organisational culture.
  • A special building business service looking at the coach’s vision, USPs, branding and marketing material.
  • Space to enhance the all important presentation skills.
  • Assessments

We use a range of well known and tested analytical tools to assess the strengths and potential development areas of individuals, teams and even companies with a view to helping them to understand how to use their strengths to best advantage and manage their weaknesses – such as 360° feedback, Myers Briggs, DISC Profiles and Belbin’s Team Roles.
